Condition of Watches
All watches are sold as described. Each listing clearly sets out the condition, specifications, and any
known issues. By proceeding with the purchase, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed
and accepted the description provided.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
Domestic shipping costs are included in all listed prices.
International Shipping
Quotes for international shipping will be provided within 24 hours of concluding a sale agreement.
International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs requirements
applicable in their country.
Service Providers
Domestic shipping is fulfilled via Courier Guy.
International shipping is fulfilled via DHL Express.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for transit times, customs delays, and tracking updates lies with the respective service provider.
Finality of Sales
All sales are final. Once payment has been made and the order confirmed, the transaction cannot
be cancelled.
Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted if the watch received does not match the description provided in the
sales listing.
Damage during shipping, mishandling, or end-user negligence does not constitute grounds for
return. Clients must inspect the watch immediately upon delivery and report any discrepancies
within 24 hours.
Water Resistance Disclaimer
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, vintage watches are considered to have no water resistance.
Khush Vintage will not be held liable for water-related damage regardless of prior factory
specifications.
Authenticity Guarantee
Khush Vintage guarantees the authenticity of all watches sold or advertised. Any concerns
regarding authenticity must be raised immediately upon inspection.
No Representations or Warranties
Except for the authenticity guarantee above, Khush Vintage makes no further representations or warranties regarding accuracy, performance, water resistance, servicing history, or longevity of components. Vintage watches are mechanical items subject to age-related wear.
Acceptance of Terms
By entering into a sales agreement with Khush Vintage and completing a purchase, the client
accepts these Terms & Conditions as valid and binding.
